Condizioni di fornitura / Terms of supply

A. Le cabine devono trovarsi all’interno del vano di installazione o nelle immediate vicinanze.
B. Gli imballi devono essere posti all’interno dello stabile prestabilito per l’installazione.
C. La predisposizione e l’allacciamento degli impianti idrico/elettrici sono a cura della committenza.
(devono essere idonei alle cabine da installare ed in regola con le normative di legge vigenti).
D. Eventuale posizionamento del piatto doccia dovrà essere a cura della committenza
(idoneo per forma, dimensioni e posa e congruenti con il tipo di cabina da installare).
E. La data di inizio lavori richiesta deve essere comunicata dalla committenza con 10 giorni di anticipo, previa vostra verifica delle condizioni dei locali
e della disponibilità del materiale da installare.
F. L’acquirente si impegna a garantire la continuità della fase di installazione dei prodotti a partire dalla data comunicata.
G. I locali interessati dovranno essere accessibili e sgombri (nella zona specifica) da accessori, sanitari, mobili, torelli, etc. che impediscano
l’installazione delle cabine doccia e dotati di presa funzionante da 220 V.
H. L’acquirente si impegna a fornire la mappatura completa riguardante la suddivisione delle cabine doccia per piano/camera in fase di acquisto.
I. L’acquirente solleva il Centro Assistenza Inda da qualsiasi responsabilità dovuta al danneggiamento di impianti presenti nelle zone di installazione
se non anticipatamente comunicato tramite l’invio della mappatura impianti con 10 giorni di anticipo.
J. A lavori di installazione ultimati verrà effettuato il controllo dal responsabile dei lavori o da un incaricato da voi scelto che si impegnerà a firmare il
Rapporto di Intervento Inda.
K. In caso di interventi straordinari non previsti e concordati preventivamente, saranno addebitati separatamente a lavori ultimati.
L. Le tipologie di offerta per installazione/smontaggio cabine non comprendono lo smaltimento degli imballi o delle cabine obsolete se non
preventivamente concordato in fase d’offerta.
M. Per foratura su materiali tipo Gres porcellanato, marmo, vetro, verrà applicato un aumento.
N. Le pareti interessate al posizionamento delle cabine devono essere idonee per dimensioni e struttura per l’ancoraggio delle stesse come da
istruzioni di montaggio, in caso contrario deve essere comunicato dal responsabile dei lavori con 10 giorni di anticipo.
O. In caso di impossibilità di montaggio, verrà addebitata l’intero importo concordato.

D. The installation of the shower tray must be done by the client (suitable in shape, size, and installation and in keeping with the type of shower stall to be
installed).
E. The requested date to start work will be communicated by the client 10 days in advance,
upon verification of the conditions of the installation site and the availability of the materials to be installed.
F. The buyer hereby agrees to guarantee the continuity of the installation of products beginning with the date communicated.
G. The installation site must be accessible and free of clutter (in the specific zone) and accessories, bathroom fixtures, furniture, special tiles, etc.
that obstruct the installation of the shower enclosure and equipped with a functioning 220 V outlet.
H. The buyer hereby agrees to provide the complete floor plan for the subdivision of the shower enclosure for the floor/room during the purchase.
I. The buyer relieves the Inda Assistance Centre for any and all responsibility due to the damage of existing systems in the installation zone if not
communicated in advance by sending the executive drawings and system diagrams 10 days in advance.
J. Once the installation has been completed, the works manager or designated technician selected by the client will inspect and sign the Inda Intervention
Report.
K. In case of extraordinary interventions not foreseen and agreed upon beforehand, they will be charged separately upon completion of the work.
L. The types of offers for the installation/disassembly of shower enclosure do not include the disposal of the packaging and the old shower enclosure if
not agreed upon beforehand during the estimate phase
M. For boring holes into materials like porcelain stoneware, marble, glass, an increase will be applied.
N. The walls involved in the positioning of the shower enclosure must be suitable in terms of dimensions and anchoring structures, as indicated in the
assembly instructions; otherwise, the installation manager must be notified 10 days in advance
O. If the installation is impossible, you will be charged the full amount agreed.
