TAKI

Taki si compone di tre elementi ceramici
di diverse dimensioni,
tenuti insieme da una struura in acciaio,
e disposti con un leggero sfalsamento,
deaglio che li trasforma in piccoli terrazzamenti
di una suggestiva cascata.
«Taki, come una metafora visiva, evoca il movimento
e l’espressione dell’acqua visti in natura,
dove questa viene raccolta in uno stagno o in un lago,
scorre e viene convogliata nuovamente»,
ha spiegato il designer Oki Sato dello studio Nendo.

Taki is comprised of three ceramic elements
of dierent sizes, held together
by a steel structure,and arranged
with a slight staggering configuration
that transforms them into the small terraces
of an evocative waterfall.
«Taki, as a visual metaphor,
evokes the movement, the expression
of water as seen in nature,
where it collects in a pond, or in a lake, flows,
and resumes its journey»,
